Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality transfer and digitizing services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your finished product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Processing Time

Once we receive your order and original media, transfers typically take 7–21 business days to complete. Larger projects may require additional time, but we’ll always keep you updated on progress.

·         We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all completed transfers over $199.

·         Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

·         Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We encourage customers to carefully package their photos, slides, tapes, or films before shipping them to us. Use sturdy boxes and padding to protect your items. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit to our facility. Please enclose a copy of your order form in your package.

Return Shipping

Once your transfers are complete, we ship your original media back along with your new digital files. All return shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our services, please get in touch with us to discuss possible shipping options.
